All vehicles parked on our campuses must be registered and display a valid parking permit. Depending on your university affiliation, permit eligibility requirements and fees vary.
Everyone who drives and parks on an IU campus is expected to comply with the university’s parking policies and State of Indiana traffic laws. Please become familiar with parking rules and regulations on each campus.
Permits can be purchased online. You should expect it to arrive by US mail in 5–10 business days after purchase.
You can replace a lost permit can at your campus parking office.
Semester, academic year, and annual permits that have been paid for in full, may be returned for a prorated refund of the remaining months the permit is valid. Refunds are calculated based on the date you return your permit.
Permits returned after the 5th day of each month will receive a refund for the remaining paid months beginning with the month after we receive the permit.
A refund will not be provided if your permit is revoked for fraudulent use. We will not issue a refund for non-returned permits.
